This is a photo of Andries Petrus and he’s brother, my Grandfather Jan H. N. Smit with Girlfriends. The photo was taken before 1931 when my grandpa got married. Possibly in the Cape Province of South Africa.
I used a photo of my grandfather Jan Smit seated and an unknown gentleman. The photo was taken Circa 1930 possibly in Clanwilliam, Cape Provence, South Africa.
I created one 12″ x 12″ mixed media page. The background was made with old sewing patterns covered with Modge Podge.
I scrap-booked the First page of my Family Album, which is 12″x 12″. My Inspiration was “My Mother” by Helen Naylor from Scrapbook etc. August 2004.
