Skillet Fried Vegetables


1 Onion
Oil
Bell Peppers
Mushrooms
Salt, pepper & spices to taste
Optional: cooked meat, chicken, shrimps, etc.

Wash, drain and cut vegetables in slices.
Heat oil in large skillet.
Stir fry vegetables on high heat, burning slightly.
Add spices.
Serve.
