Swart Bone Slaai


2 koppies gedroogde Swart Bone
1 teelepel vars gemaelde peper
1 12 oz Blik mielies
1/2 teelepel suiker
3 klein ryp tamaties, in stukkies gesny
(Campari, b.v.)

1/2 koppie vars basil, fyn gekap
3-4 eetlepels EV olyf olie
1/4 koppie vars cilantro, fyn gekap
2 eetlepels lemmetjie sap
1/2 ui
1 teelepel sout
1 Avokado

 

Kook die bone in kookwater vir 10 minute en gooi die water af.
Sit die bone in ‘n “Slow-cooker” en bedek met kook water.
Sit die “Slow-cooker” op medium vir 4 ure en hoog vir 2 ure, of totdat die bone sag word.
Gooi dan die bone uit en laat dit afkoel onder koue kraan water.
Gooi dan die water af.
Meng dan die olyf olie en ander bestandele goed saam.
Laat verder afkoel in yskas indien nodig.
