Griekse Aartappels


(Greek Lemon Mustard Potatoes)

Sous:

  • 1 deel suurlemoensap, 1 deel olyfolie, 1 deel Mostert (Dijon, soos Maille)
  • Sowat 1 eetlepel *kosher* sout vir 10 klein aartappels.
  • Peper na smaak
  • 1 huisie gebraaide knoffel, fyn gekap
  •  Sowat ‘n eetlepel oregano in die sous

Sny die aartappels in skuiwe (scallops) en maak genoeg sous aan om die aartappels te bedek.
Sit in ‘n Kasserol bak met foelie bo op en bak sowat 1.5 of 2 ure in die oond op 350 grade .
