1 Kop. Hawermout

½ Kop Sonneblom saad of enige ander saad wat lekker is.

3 t. Bakpoeier

1 t. Koeksoda

2 t. Sout

1 t. Kremetart

1 E. Asyn

2 E. Suiker

1 Eier (geklits)

Melk soveel om ‘n slap deeg te maak

Metode:

Meng alle droë bestandele saam.

Klits die eier, voeg asyn en melk by, meng nou alles saam tot ‘n baie slap deeg

Skep in gesmeerde broodpan.

Bak 1 uur in ‘n oond van 180 o C

Moeder se resep.
