Stuffed Mushrooms


Stuffed Mushrooms
‘Life is too short to stuff a mushroom’. – Shirley Conran
1 Portabello Mushroom per person
Butter to taste
1 Onion
Herbs and spice to taste
1 cup Grated Cheese
1 t Chopped Garlic
Cooking Spray
 
Preheat oven to about350 degrees
Clean and destem mushrooms
Chop onion and mushroom stems
Mix well with butter, herbs and spices.
Stuff mushrooms.
Spray a baking tray with Cooking spray
Place stuffed mushrooms in tray and cover with foil.
Bake until cooked, remove and top with grated cheese.
Bake uncovered till cheese melts.
Serve warm as an appetizer.
