| 1 Portabello Mushroom per person
| Butter to taste
| 1 Onion
|Herbs and spice to taste
| 1 cup Grated Cheese
| 1 t Chopped Garlic
Chop onion and mushroom stems
Mix well with butter, herbs and spices.
Place stuffed mushrooms in tray and cover with foil.
Bake uncovered till cheese melts.
Serve warm as an appetizer.
