Roasted Vegetables


Bell Peppers & tomatoes

Bell Peppers ( green, yellow & red), Tomatoes, Mushrooms, Onions, salt, herbs & Spices to taste and about 3 Tablespoons olive oil.
Coat the vegetables with olive oil. Place on an open grill or flame and roast until black on one side, about 3 minutes. Turn and repeat.
