Garden Salad


Shred a thick layer of lettuce at the bottom of a dish.

Add a layer of each of the following:
frozen peas (petit pois)

finely sliced mushrooms

sieved hard boiled eggs +/- 2 (or sliced)

finely chopped onions

grated tasty cheese (like medium/old cheddar)

chopped crispy bacon (browned)

1/4 firm tomatoes (chopped)

On top:
1 bottle Miracle Whip Mayonnaise

Decorate with grated cheese, parsley and paprika

Leave for at least 12 hours.
