Fish in batter


Fish Fillets
Eggs, enough to cover
Flour ( self raising)
Salt, herbs and spices to taste
Margarine or oil
Lemon
Tartar sauce

Mix flour with salt, herbs and spices.
Using tongs cover fish with beaten eggs then flour.
Fry turning over in hot margarine or oil until cooked
Serve with Chips, lemon and Tartar sauce.
