Crustless Tuna Quiche


2 cans Tuna (or Salmon)   4 Eggs  
Salt & spices to taste   1 cup grated cheese  
Oregano to taste   10 ml Dijon mustard  
1 can of cream      

Optional extras: Fried Onions, corn, fried mushrooms, etc.
Mix all together and bake in a moderate oven till set and brown.

Can also be made with a can of Ham.
