|2 cans Tuna (or Salmon)||4 Eggs|
|Salt & spices to taste||1 cup grated cheese|
|Oregano to taste||10 ml Dijon mustard|
|1 can of cream|
Optional extras: Fried Onions, corn, fried mushrooms, etc.
Mix all together and bake in a moderate oven till set and brown.
Can also be made with a can of Ham.
