Chili Paste Shrimp

Shrimps 1 egg
1 table spoon of chilly paste Oil
Bell Pepper, color of your choice. Garlic, herbs ad spices to taste
Canned sliced water chestnuts.  
  • Clean the shrimps, marinate with chilly paste, for 20 minutes.
  • Cut some pepper, color of your choice.
  • Open water chestnuts.
  • Put an egg white into the shrimp and let all the shrimp be coated with the egg liquid.
  • Heat oil, cook shrimp first, add chili paste and vegetables.
  • DONE!
