Warm wok before stir frying meat until cooked but still crispy in a little butter or oil.
Reserve.
Stir fry vegetables lightly and reserve.
Stir fry meat and vegetables together, add spices and Soya.
Serve warm with warm rice or noodles and sprinkle with sesame

I use the same recipe for Pork and Beef Chow Mein substituting chicken for beef or pork

*Julienne: Long thin strips of vegetables.
