|1/2 kg Cooked deboned Chicken Pieces||1 cup Cooked vegetables e. g corn|
|20 ml Margarine||1 can Mushrooms or fresh chopped|
|1 Chopped onion||20 ml Flour|
|1 Chopped Green Pepper||20 ml Margarine|
|Herbs to taste||250 ml rich milk, cream or canned soup|
|Salt & pepper to taste||(mushroom, chicken, corn or celery)|
|1 Egg yolk||Chicken broth|
|20 ml Sherry (optional)||Paprika to taste|
Fry onion & Green pepper in Margarine. Reserve
Drain mushrooms, fry and reserve.
Chop chicken and heat vegetables.
Make a sauce with margarine, flour, milk and chicken broth in microwave.
Mix everything together, add, herbs, spices, Sherry, vegetables and egg yolk.
