Chick Pea Salad


1 can Romano Beans 1/4 cup Pine nuts
1 can Chick Peas 1/4 cup Sunflower seeds
1 can Corn Olive Oil
3 Green onion stalks Basil
2 Tomatoes Salt & Pepper to taste
1/4 cup Pecan nuts
  • Rinse Beans, chop tomatoes and drain corn
  • Mix together
  • Toast pine-nuts and Pecans until golden and nutty smelling
  • Sizzle with oil
