Cauliflower Lentil Bake


Meatless

1 can lentils drained
Cumin seeds to taste. See Health; WH Foods
1 small can Celery soup
1 t Curry or to taste
1 cup Grated Cheese
Herbs to taste
1/4 Cup Breadcrumbs
Tomato paste or Salsa to taste, about 2 T
1/2 packet Cauliflower, cooked
1 t Mustard
2 T Margarine

Mix mashed cauliflower with margarine, 1/2 cheese, 1/2 breadcrumbs, mustard, herbs and spices.
Spray an oven proof dish and layer lentils, then cauliflower mixture and sprinkle with leftover cheese and breadcrumb.
Bake till brown on top at 350 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes.
