|1-2 T. Black Bean Sauce||Oil|

- Cut the chicken into small pieces, marinate them with Black bean sauce, for half and hour.
- Cut Peppers, carrot and onion into similar pieces as the chicken.
- Heat the oil first, medium to high heat, put the chicken in first and then the vegetables.
- Add more black bean sauce to taste and in about 10minutes it should be done
