Gather supplies.  Planning. Apply texture paste using
stencils and a pallete knife and let dry.
Glue lace and let dry.
Paint elements and texture black and let dry. 
Apply and seal paper doilies and let dry. 
Remove air bubbles. 
Paint paper doilies black and let dry. 
Glue some embelishments in place.  Flick Pearlescent paint, dab with
paper towel and let dry. 
Appply Rub ‘n Buff Wax Metallic.

Glue more embelishments.
