School Girl.

1-School Girl pg 2

1-Schoolgirl 2

I created two 12″ x 12″ scrapbook pages in November 1015. The photographs are of my sister-in-law Hester, who I have scrap-booked before. My inspiration was “Back to school” by Teri Fode from Creating Keepsakes magazine 2004.  The files contain more information. The layout was scanned by me with a Epson Scanner. Some of the supplies and tools I used were: Clear alpha stickers from “Forever in time”, photo-corners, Brown Aquarelle, Cardstock, brads, paper-clips, ink, alphabet stencil, brown Zig Memory System Calligraphy pen, ink, scoring board (optional), bone folder (optional), Dymo tape & Label printer, staples, stapler, ribbons, negative strip, shipping tag, alphabet & date stamps, etc. I decorated the background cardstock with wood mounted rubbertamps by Stampin’ up!Inkadinkado, etc. The Fotka camera stamp is from Light in the box.

Sources are: Tab template, library card, Report Card, etc.

  1. Sisi, weren’t you such a cute kid. I have pictures just like these, the board with my name, holding the pen like I am at my desk writing. Hester’s look like she was at high school. There you had to keep your blazer on no matter how hot it was unless the teacher gave you permission to take it off. In one school picture my Mom has given me ribbons in my hair that look bigger than me. 😳

    • Thanks ♥
I would love to see them, especially the one with the ribbons 😉
Maybe we should strat something on Facebook, what do you think?

Unfortunatly there wasn’t much written at the back of the photos, so I had to guess the year, schools, etc., at least the boards helped identify them.

In the winter we froze, I wore my pink ballet tights under my black tights, you can just imagine what thet looked like 😉

    • Dankie, ek is bly 😉
