Fall Fun.

I created two 12″ x 12″ scrapbook pages in November 2015. The layouts were scanned by me with an Epson WF 3620 scanner. The photos are of myself and a friend and were taken by our husbands in September 2010 in Alberta, Canada, when she and her husband visited us. We have been friends for about 30 years.

I gathered some possible supplies and tools in a 12″ x 12″ Storage Box before I started, the boxes are available in different colors from Micheal’s, but I got mine from a thrift-store.

The patterned paper is from the Ancestry kit by K & Company, other supplies that I used were brads, velum, velvet ribbon, wool, gold-colored plastic buttons, silk leaves, card-stock, etc. My inspiration was Patience by Elizabeth Ruuska from Fast and easy scrapbooking magazine, May 2005.

Cropped photo from layout taken in Kananaskis, Alberta, Canada.

I have included my friend in a previous layout “Friends are flowers in the garden of life“, which you can see here.

The captions can slide out to hide my friend’s names, I wrote where and when we met and a little about each, on slips of paper and put them in the seed packet.

I would ❤️ to hear from you.
