“Pinters Campground, family orientated wilderness camping at its finest on the Red Deer River in the Drumheller Valley. Located just 3 miles East of Drumheller on Highway 10 in Rosedale, home of the Suspension Bridge, which crosses the Red Deer River to the old Star Mine Coal Mining site.” – Pinters campground

We have started using the truck’s PetSTEP Folding Pet Ramp for the camper and it works well for the dogs and us as well.

Pinters campground has lovely big trees, we had a spot next to the river. The photo was taken with a Nikon D300 and a wide-angle lens.

Although there were sites with power we preferred the unserviced sites. There were many birds.

  1. At first I thought the bark picture was of a mountain & bushes! Also love the picture of Mrs Balls. Very creative photo & harks back to earlier times.

    • I was quite close, love the texture.
To think not only do we have Mrs. B’s in our house, but in our camper as well, we got this bottle from “Goats on the roof”.
