This professional but fun event took place on Stephens Avenue walk, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and was Hosted by SPARQ Productions Inc.

It was the Calgary Stampede of 2012, and down on Stephen Avenue people strolled around, enjoying the afternoon heat and checking out the vendors’ wares. Suddenly, a horn blasted and people all over the street were ripping their denim shirts off to reveal a Bolly tank top, and thus began the Stampede Bolly Flash Mob.”

“Dancers of all ages and experience levels had come together and under Tania and Vishal’s creative choreographic direction, put together a fun and energetic Bollywood/Western themed routine to entertain a surprised audience on Stephen Avenue.”

“It does not matter if you have much dance experience, if you love the Calgary Stampede and want to make some new friends while having an absolute blast, watch for recruitment information in early June and join us to make our biggest flash mob yet.” – SPARQ Productions Inc.

“A flash mob (or flashmob)[1] is a group of people who assemble suddenly in a public place, perform an unusual and seemingly pointless act for a brief time, before quickly dispersing. They are often used for the purposes of entertainment, satire or artistic expression [2][3][4] and are organized via telecommunications, social media, or viral emails.[5][6][7][8][9]” –Wikipedia
