Mother and daughter

I scrap-booked one 12″x 12″ page in December 2014. The photo is of my mother in law and sister-in-law. Circa 1952. Nikon D70 ©

Some of the supplies I used were Patterned paper from “Make it special”, textured card-stock, felt flowers, Laser cut felt butterflies by “Forever in time”, fibers, braid, lace, brads, ink, blue food coloring, photo-corners, tag stencils, etc. The design principle I tried was The Rule of thirds (Sweet spot). My inspiration was “10 Things I love about you” by Theresa Lundström from the book The Joy of Scrapbooking”

    • Thank you. I got the butterflies at a Dollar-store and colored them with food coloring 🙂
It is a beautiful photo, it is very small, but I was able to scan and print a larger copy.
