Breakfast nook.
On the right is a appliance cupboard also from Ikea
On the left are shelves with recipe books, a sign, more baskets from Jysk
and two bread bins. Why do I have two? A hint, I don’t use them for bread.
You can see some of my crafts in the buffet cupboard.

Who says you can’t teach a dog new tricks?

On my fridge door.
Calendar, recipe to try, things to buy and lots of clips with magnets attached to keep them up.
The recipe is Fresh-from-the-cob corn salad.
What’s on yours?

On the side of my fridge.
Kitchen ruler with magnet, wire mesh basket filled with pens, grocery list and wipe-able magnetized notes. I use the kitchen ruler to open and close the oven door.

I store my opened food in Mason jars on a Lazy Susan in the groceries cupboard.

I got this idea from the Internet, use metal loaf pans, to organize your kitchen drawers, it is also ideal for sharp knives.

More baskets from Jysk and our telephone
The baskets hide extra power bars, chargers, etc.

Hubby regularly bakes bread.

  1. It looks beautifully neat and organised, and has a lovely warm abiance.

Ours tends to be packed with pets and their toys – they don’t need a sign like your hilarious one, as the evidence is there for all to see.

    • Thank you very much 😉
I also had to put away the teddies before I could take the photo, as one couldn’t see the floor 😉

      What does your kitchen say?

    • Thank you very much.
      You would l-o-v-e Ikea 😉

It is one of the best rooms of our house. A friend said it has a perfect triangle of fridge, stove and sink.

  2. Oh wow, Tok, how altogether gorgeous!! Like an advert for Ikea 😉 And what a lucky lady you are that your husband bakes such delicious-looking bread! Enjoy it all 😀

I would ❤️ to hear from you.
