Chicken Livers

Chicken Livers
Quantities as required.
Onion – Chopped Pepper
Chicken Livers – Chopped Peri Peri or Cayenne pepper to taste
Bacon – Chopped Cream

Fry Bacon, onion and liver separately until done.
Mix together and add Peri – Peri or Cayenne
Add cream and cook until creamy.

    Oh I love chicken livers, but can only eat them in restaurants as my family don’t like them. Maybe I should make a batch all for myself, you’ve made me so ‘lus’ now!
