Most of the cards are the originals, which I got from my dad and attached with photo corners.

The photo of my grandmother, Circa 1919, is a copy, which I distressed, but I do have the original, which I got from my dad. The postage stamps are originals, which I got from my father who is a stamp collector.

Welcome and thank you for visiting. I have been happily married (sic) for 40 years, have one son, a loving daughter in law and three adorable grandsons. We have been in Canada for 20 years and are originally from South-Africa. My first language is Afrikaans. (Ek kan nog Afrikaans praat, lees en skryf.)       Wow you have good eyes !

      You can imagine the family tree, my ancestors had many children, who all had many family names and were known by their nicknames.
